Cancellation
We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out. If you need to cancel order,please contact us at info@northcaptain.com or Click Here to submit your request.
Returns & Exchanges
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on.
Within 30 days from the date of your original purchase.
Kindly state your reasons and provide your order number and which platform to purchase.
Northcaptain support will create RMA and share the corresponding return address with you. You will prepare the shipping on your own.
Your item must be in the original packaging and remains in unused condition.
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse.
Tips: for the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Northcaptain by email with the following information: RMA, Name of the shipping carrier and tracking number.
*If the items received are damaged or not correct, the return is free. Please advise details in pictures to us at info@northcaptain.com
*If the return is due to the consumer, for instance, the items are unwanted any longer, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You can use your own shipping method at your own cost, or use the shipping label we provided and pay a shipping fee(only for US orders), which will be deducted from your refund.

6. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
