Shipping Days

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (working days) of you placing the order, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Rather than use slow ship times to save money, we only ship orders using FedEx, and our products will arrive at your home quickly. 

The typical delivery time in the US States except in other US Overseas Territories is between 7 to 14 working days,  however, the courier is by FedEx. You may receive your items much earlier. 

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Shipping Charges

All products on www.northcaptain.com are free shipping to the United States, you do not need to pay extra shipping charges if you are a United States customer. For customers outside the United States, you can not place the order so far on our website because the website will reject it automatically.

*A tracking number will be updated to your order once your item is shipped out.
*All of our orders are shipped via FedEx.
